Like many food-naive Americans, I was so afraid of ever trying Japanese food, as I wrongly associate it only with Sushi and fish. What a wonderful surprise Renga-Tei has been! I've been there over a half-dozen times in the last 8 months or so, and enjoy it immensely! The quality and quantity of their food should command much higher prices (but don't tell the management!). I now look so daring and cultured when I take my naive friends there, and they come away just as thrilled! The prices and combinations at Renga-Tei make it easy for the newcomer to experiment, and the great-tasting food, presentation, service, and atmosphere will make you a frequent diner - just like me! -- 2/16/2005 9:52:45 PM
